Employers to Electronically Submit Injury and Illness Data

OSHA announced that a final rule was issued recently┬áto improve tracking of workplace injuries and illnesses. Many employers already have to keep a record of injuries and illnesses. This new rule – which will be effective August 10, 2016 – will require employers in high-hazard industries to send the injury and illness data to OSHA
